Jim St. Omer Roy

Mr. James St. Omer Roy has been a commercial real estate broker since 1986 specializing in the sales and leasing of industrial/R&D/Flex-Tech properties and Land primarily in the western Orange County submarket in Southern California. Within Southern California, Mr. St. Omer Roy has leased or sold over 4,000,000 square feet of commercial real estate. Mr. St. Omer Roy’s success is based on his knowledge and experience with implementing and managing the “process” of understanding a client’s objectives/requirements, identifying qualified properties, performing the appropriate technical and economic analysis of those properties and negotiating the sale or lease transaction for property owners, buyers and tenants. Mr. St. Omer Roy rejoined DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services in 2001 after six years with Grubb & Ellis Company. Prior to Grubb & Ellis Company, Mr. St. Omer Roy had been with DAUM for nine years.
