Jim Sisley

Jim Sisley is the Founder and Principal Broker of Paladin Real Estate specializing in the sale and leasing of office, retail and industrial properties throughout Northern Virginia and continues to grow the number of properties to which we provide property management services. Jim began his real estate career in 2002. Prior to forming Paladin Real Estate, he spent more than 30 years in the telecommunications systems and services industries where he was involved in sales and management for U.S. and international companies. Sisley holds a Virginia Real Estate Brokers License and is actively involved in community development.
