Jim specializes in the disposition and acquisition of multi-tenant retail and industrial assets across the Western United States. Jim’s experience covers the sale and leasing of grocery-anchored shopping centers, unanchored community & neighborhood centers, strip retail, multi-tenant industrial buildings, business parks, flex parks, sale-leasebacks, repositioning assignments, and institutional quality assets. Jim takes pride in his creative thinking and relentless research. He enjoys developing a profound understanding of every property he works on, helping him identify often overlooked solutions and opportunities. Jim graduated high school at 16 and by 19 had received his BS in Business Administration-Finance from the University of California, Riverside. Upon graduation, he began his career at a small family office specializing in the leasing & management of Orange County industrial and office properties. In 2020, Jim joined Graystone Capital Advisors and went full-time into investment sales.
