Jim Reuter

Jim joined Atlantic in 2016 as a Partner in the Manhattan Beach office. Since that time, he has worked on the LA Metro expansion of such retailers as Bob’s Furniture and At Home. Jim specializes in junior anchor and big box leasing throughout California and has extensive experience on the retailer side having worked on the real estate department of retailers such as Kmart, Target and Safeway and Developers such as Westfield, Regency and Eastern Real Estate over the last 25+ years. Away from the office, Jim enjoys mountain biking and hiking during summer and skiing in the winter, especially in Utah. Jim attended Oakland University and Wayne State Law School in the Detroit area. He moved to Los Angeles permanently in 2003 where he met his wife Coco.
