
Jim has over 19 years of experience in the commercial real estate business and provides brokerage and advisory services to high-net-worth families, non-profit organizations, public and private REITs, multifamily developers and institutional clients. The recent focus for acquisition and disposition has been on assets in the $10 to $250 million range for multifamily, office and flex/industrial parks locally and nationwide. Prior to moving to Lee, Jim spent his early years working at AGM Commercial Real Estate. During his career, he has sold more than $2.4 Billion of commercial property and leased more than 2 million square feet of space. In 2021, Jim was recognized as one of the top Investment Sales brokers at Lee & Associates nationwide and given the Circle of Excellence Award: Investment at the national Summit. He has been one of the most active investment sales brokers in the Seattle market over the past six years, and in 2022, was awarded the NAIOP Investment Broker of the Year Award. After playing basketball at Bates College and his knees retiring him from a middle- aged men’s basketball career, Jim spends time with his wife, two teenage boys and their three dogs while trying to improve his 30-handicap golf score. Jim is a member of the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA).
