Jim Ramseur

Jim Ramseur’s area of expertise is centered on medium to large land acquisitions, income and investment properties for our private and public investors as well as timber companies within Atlanta and the Southeast United States. Mr. Ramseur is charged with heading up our Land Conservation Division which specializes in mineral properties, endangered species, and floral and native habitat throughout the Southeast. In addition, his responsibilities include acquisition and disposition of land for Single Family Residential, Multi-Family, and Mixed-Use Developments. Jim’s expertise in national and international hospitality and mixed use waterfront developments has allowed him to align himself with Lee & Associates Principal, Allen Eager, in unlocking unique opportunities for resort master planned developments in countries such as Belize, St. Croix, Dominican Republic, and other Caribbean countries.
