Jim McNulty

Jim McNulty serves as an Associate with Vanguard Real Estate Advisors in their Dallas office. Mr. McNulty is primarily focused on business development, the creation of offering materials, and market research with an emphasis on land and multifamily brokerage assignments. Prior to joining Vanguard, he held an internship with NAI Robert Lynn. Mr. McNulty grew up in St. Louis, MO attending Chaminade College Preparatory School. He went on to attend Southern Methodist University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. He holds a real estate license in the state of Texas and is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR).
