Jim Fawcett

Jim Fawcett is a Managing Director of Real Estate and is responsible for overseeing the Property Management operations for South Florida and Tampa. Jim joined Greystar in 2007 and has been instrumental in building a national reputation for Greystar as a proven manager of multifamily assets. Prior to joining Greystar, Jim was Director of Management for the Winter Organization, a New York real estate firm specializing in developing and managing high-rise residential and commercial properties. He is a past President of the Building Owners and Managers Association of South Florida and holds a real property administrator designation. Jim earned a bachelor’s of Business and Administration degree from Belmont University.
