James Falvo

James L. Falvo is the Principal of Dallas based DFW Advisors Ltd. Co. (DFWA) and is a licensed Texas Real Estate Commission broker. Mr. Falvo provides oversight to all real estate relocations, acquisitions, sales, research and analysis, valuation, and project management. Mr. Falvo earned his BBA in Accounting and Management at the University of Oklahoma and a MBA in Finance and Real Estate from Southern Methodist University. He is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR), the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR) and the Dallas Chapter of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA). Jim also holds the IRWA Relocation Assistance Certification (R/W-RAC).
