He is an avid road bicyclist and sometime nordic skier. He spent sixteen years working in Boulder''s print media and database sales industries. After completing his masters degree in Journalism and Business at CU/Boulder, Jim made the career change to commercial real estate. He focuses primarily on tenant representations and investment sales, with some select listings. His professional experience includes work as a Director, Project Manager, and Account Executive with the Boulder County Business Report, Boulder''s Colorado Daily and Daily Camera, as well as a Lecturer at CU/Boulder between 1983 and 1999.
