Jim Cotton

Jim Cotton joined McAllister & Associates Real Estate Services as a broker in November of 1991, and is consistently a top-producer. During the past ten years of his brokerage career, Mr. Cotton has come to specialize in commercial sales and leasing. Mr. Cotton brokers all types of deals from large to small representing buyer/tenant, seller/landlord or both. Mr. Cotton’s expertise includes sales and leasing of properties including office, retail, industrial, warehouse and mini-warehouse. Mr. Cotton is the 1997 President of the Commercial Leasing Brokers Association, member of the Real Estate Council of Austin, member of the Austin Board of Realtors, member of Austin Endowment Society, and member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. All of Mr. Cotton’s affiliations bring him into contact with the local, state and national sales and leasing brokerage community. Mr. Cotton graduated from Baylor University in 1984 with a B.B.A. in Marketing and Management. He also holds a B.A. from Western Texas College. He obtained his Real Estate Agents License in 1981 and his Real Estate Brokers License in 1984.
