Jim Breitenfeld, CCIM

Working primarily with locally headquartered corporate clients who have multiple locations, I assist clients with aligning their real estate to their long term financial, operational and productivity strategies. My services include brokerage for the acquisition and disposition of office and industrial real estate, space need-, location-, site- and financial analysis, and transaction- and portfolio management. Prior to founding Sidecar in 2020, Jim served as Vice President for the Office & Industrial Division at Henry S. Miller Brokerage, LLC in Dallas, TX. During his six year tenure at the firm, Jim participated in over 150 sale and/or lease transactions and consulting projects, and was one of Henry S. Miller’s Top 10 Producers and a D CEO Power Broker in 2016 and 2017. Earlier career roles included working as a strategic marketing, business development and sales professional at world-class multinational organizations including Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls and Brady Corporation. With this background, he can offer clients unique strategic planning and project management capabilities. His career experience has molded his abilities to research and quickly analyze market data, identify business opportunities, develop strategies and execute unique and complex solutions for clients. Born and raised in Milwaukee, WI, Jim earned an MS in Management-International Business from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a BS in Marketing from Arizona State University. He also served for six years in the U.S. Army Reserve. Jim has lived in Frisco, TX since 2011 with his wife, Laura, son Andon, and daughter Sydney. In his spare time, Jim enjoys family and community activities, travel and sports.
