Jillian Sabaugh

Following nearly a decade working in-house with some of Southern California’s most respected developers and marquee projects, Jillian Sabaugh founded US Retail in 2016. Her brand name reflects both her roots, drawn from her maiden and married surnames, Ukropina and Sabaugh, and the firm’s national reach. US Retail rapidly became a thriving retail advisory firm and brokerage built upon long-relationships, collaboration, and tailored real estate strategies for clients at any stage. Built on long-standing relationships, collaboration, and tailored strategy, US Retail operates as an extension of our clients’ teams, bringing clarity, trust, and a people-first approach to every assignment. Jillian is known for balancing the needs of brands, property owners, and neighborhoods, shaping destinations defined by strong tenant mix, sense of place, and lasting value. Her experience spans some of the West Coast’s most notable projects, including Fashion Island and The Grove, and her work today continues to shape retail environments across Southern California and beyond. Jillian is a graduate of the University of Southern California and an active member of ICSC. Outside of work, she loves hosting a great dinner, traveling, and spending time with her three young children, who remain at the center of everything she does.
