Jill Hofstetter

With over 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Jill is a versatile and valuable addition to the JBL team. She began her real estate career in Chicago assisting in the commercial finance division of Mesirow Financial. After moving to Florida, Jill was a Property Manager for a number of high profile Landlords including Terranova Corp, CREC, and Paramount. She transitioned to the tenant side as a Lease Administrator at the Office Depot headquarters in Boca Raton, Florida where she managed over 350 retail leases and realized expense recovery savings of $1 million annually. She is a graduate of Western Illinois University where she was a Division 1 scholarship athlete for swimming.
