Jidan Kim

Jidan Kim is focused on investment and capital market sales in addition to long-term ground lease execution. Her responsibilities include the management of sales operations, transactional services, and client relations. Prior to Bridge Property Advisors, Jidan was an Associate Director on the CPEX Development & Conversion Sales Team. She began her commercial real estate career at CPEX Real Estate as an intern on the Multi-Family Investment Sales Team during her undergraduate studies in 2014. While at CPEX, Jidan provided advisory and transactional services to commercial real estate and business owners, including sales, ground and master leases, and joint ventures. During Jidan’s tenure, the CPEX Development & Conversion Sales Team completed more than 100 transactions for an aggregate value of over $500 million and a total of 3.5 million buildable square feet. Jidan graduated from the Peter J. Tobin College of Business at St. John’s University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. During her time, she was involved in managing the university’s endowment fund as an equity analyst for the $2.8 million fund. In Spring of 2015, she was responsible for the recommendation of a $56,000 equity investment to the St. John’s University Investment Board which resulted in approval. Jidan grew up in Huntington Beach, California and currently resides in Battery Park, Manhattan. She is fluent in Korean.
