Jessica Wells
Jessica joined Initial Point Realty in 2024 as a seasoned Real Estate Agent. She has been listing and selling properties in Southern Oklahoma since 2016 and has worked as a full time real estate agent since she began her career. During her career she has become knowledgeable in both the Buying & Selling sides of transactions, the different types of loans that are available, plus the requirements of each loan. Jessica has experience in land, farm, ranch, residential, commercial & Foreclosure properties. She continues to further her education in real estate yearly so that she is current on the continuing changes in the Real Estate market to continue to be able to properly serve her clients. In October 2023 Jessica completed OHFA course and became certified as a OHFA Blue Ribbon Realtor. Jessica earned her bachelor's degree from East Central University in 2007, majoring in Family & Consumer Sciences. She has lived in Murray County for over 20 years, and currently lives near Arbuckle Lake with her husband Josh and their younger 3 children, Adriane, Colt & Ellie.
