After years of working alongside him, Jessica began investing in commercial establishments herself, developing a deep understanding of both residential and commercial real estate. Fascinated by the New York City market, Jessica brought her expertise to Corcoran’s prestigious West Side Office, where she quickly distinguished herself through market knowledge and a highly personalized approach to client service. She understands that a real estate transaction is both financially significant and emotionally charged, and she is known for guiding clients through every stage of the process with clarity, confidence, and care. A graduate of Carnegie Mellon University with a BFA, Jessica’s background in acting enhances her ability to connect authentically with clients, communicate effectively, and negotiate with poise and precision. Outside of real estate, Jessica leads an active and culturally rich life, raising two beautiful sons and an adorable King Charles poodle named Cooper. She is an avid runner who has completed three New York City Marathons, raising funds for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and is a devoted enthusiast of SoulCycle and Barry’s Boot Camp. She also maintains a deep appreciation for the arts, holding subscriptions to MoMA, Manhattan Theatre Club, and the Metropolitan Opera.
