As a full time agent, I have a very flexible schedule that can accommodate our busiest clients. I live in Cresson, Pennsylvania and feel that because I am centrally located I am able to cover a large area. One of my favorite challenges is finding buyers that special home. Many buyers don't know that I belong to the Multiple Listing Service which means I am able to show them any property currently on the market. As I get to know the buyers I get to know what they are looking for in a home and as new properties first hit the market I am quick to forward the new listing to them! That knowledge of my locaI market more often than not gives my clients the edge to be the first to see the new listings. I love selling real estate, and always want to make sure that the client is happy with the end result!
