Jessica Lombardi

Jessica Lombardi has broad experience in real estate law and contract negotiation. She has represented both individuals and entities in buying and selling commercial real estate, including raw and improved land. In addition to her understanding of real estate acquisition and sales, she has experience drafting and negotiating easements and licenses. She has represented both landlords and tenants in negotiating all types of commercial leases. As a former loan officer, she draws from this experience to represent banks and borrowers negotiating asset based financing, real estate financing, and construction financing. In addition, she has experience in both leasing and purchasing of Edwards Aquifer water rights. Over the last two years, Ms. Lombardi has helped several midstream oil and gas companies purchase land for amine plants, compressor facilities, and oil trucking and storage facilities.
