A Palermo, ME native, Jessica’s professional career has taken her from the mental health field to 12 years in the affordable housing industry, where she gained valuable knowledge in HUD, Rural Development, Low-Income Tax Credit Programs, and customer service. She enjoys helping others and feels fortunate to continue to do that in her position at Sprague & Curtis RE. Real estate has always been an interest of Jessica’s and today she plays an important role in the day-to-day operations at Sprague & Curtis, including but not limited to first point of contact, listing management and overseeing the S&C social media platforms. Jessica attended Erskine Academy, spent her junior year abroad in northern Germany and then moved to Augusta in 2009. She enjoys spending time in both the mountains and by the ocean, and the greater Augusta area is convenient to both. She has two children, a son who has enlisted in the US Army Reserves and a young daughter who is constantly keeping her on her toes. Jessica loves game nights, beach days, hiking, exploring and traveling with her family.
