Jessica Hayes

Jessica joined AmCap in July 2025. As Director – Leasing, she is responsible for all leasing activity for AmCap’s East-Coast and Mid-West portfolio. Prior to joining AmCap, Jessica was a leasing agent with Regency Centers where she was responsible for seventeen assets consisting of nearly two million square feet of total retail space throughout the Washington, DC metro area. She has nearly 20 years of broad real estate experience in leasing, asset management, property management, lease administration, and legal. Jessica is an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park.
