Jessica Gasper

Jessica obtained her Real Estate License from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 2001 and joined Campbell Commercial Real Estate, Inc. in 2006. In 2024, Jessica became an equal Partner at Campbell Commercial Partners. She obtained her Real Estate Broker’s License in 2025. In her current role as Partner & Chief Operating Officer, Jessica oversees all aspects of the day-to-day operation, as well as handling sales & leasing of commercial properties throughout Central PA and beyond. Jessica has received the prestigious CoStar Power Broker Award multiple times. In 2017, she was the only woman in the entire Philadelphia region, which includes Harrisburg, to receive the honor that year for office lease transactions. She is a current member of several real estate affiliations, including the National Association of REALTORS, Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS, and the Greater Harrisburg Association of REALTORS, where she serves on the Grievance Committee. Jessica is also involved in various local charity organizations, including serving on the Board of Directors for Beacon Clinic for Health and Hope, and is currently an active member of the Salvation Army’s Women Auxiliary Group WIN Women Involved. She is proud graduate of Leadership Harrisburg’s Executive Leadership Series, Class of 2023.
