Jessica Buurma is a third-generation real estate property manager. Jessica worked her way through college as a broker’s assistant in one of the largest commercial real estate firms in the nation. After her graduation from Dordt College with a degree in Business Marketing, she founded, along with her parents, Sierra Property Services, a North Bay Property Management firm. Jessica ran that operation and expanded it to include offices in Napa and Elk Grove. Because of her diverse background, Jessica is widely experienced in commercial property management, HOA management, lease analysis and CAM reconciliation. In 2014 she merged Sierra Property Services with Pacific Union Property Management which later became Compass, where she oversees the management of properties in the North Bay.
