Jessica Birmingham specializes in retail leasing in the Bay Area. She represents and assists national and regional tenants in achieving effective roll-outs throughout the entire Bay Area retail market. She also represents retail landlords of urban markets and mixed-use properties, with an emphasis on food/restaurant/entertainment uses. Tenant clients have included Starbucks Coffee Company, Project Juice, Salt & Straw, Flywheel, DXL and The Lot Entertainment Group; landlord representation includes Boston Properties, Invesco, ADIA, Kilroy, New York Life, Emerald Fund, Area Property Partners, Equity Office, RNM, Hudson Pacific and Lennar. Ms. Birmingham started her career in commercial real estate at Cushman & Wakefield (formerly Terranomics Retail Services) in 2003.
