Jessica Billiet has been in Real Estate for the past 14 years and proudly became Broker of AVIOR Real Estate, (formerly Better Homes Realty) in 2015. She continues to work alongside her father, Phil Billiet. As a father-daughter duo, they have had continued success in Real Estate. She is business savvy and understands the demands of the fast-moving Bay Area market. Jessica has gained respect for maintaining old school values while keeping up with the latest changes in the Real Estate Market. It is her highest goal to ensure that she has open and honest communication throughout all transactions. With access to many resources, she ensures that her clients are well informed with current market data to help buy, sell & manage their homes. Jessica has developed a team of skilled vendors who assist her clients with all of their needs. Her relationship with skilled lenders has provided her eligible clients with appropriate financing.
