Mr. Rubens holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vassar College, Poughkeepsie, New York. He spent his junior year at The Sorbonne, Paris, France. Mr. Rubens also holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Fordham Law School, New York, and was admitted to the Bar in 1991.
