Jesse Hunt

Jesse Hunt, a native of the California Bay Area region, currently resides in Santa Cruz, California, and has been active in commercial real estate investment and management for the past 20 years. Jesse is a trusted and dedicated team leader, focused on promoting the wellbeing of the Westic team with an effective work-life balance. Jesse got his start in commercial real estate management in 2002 working for the John Stewart Company, a northern California based real estate management firm. In 2005, Jesse was hired by SAR Enterprises, a regional real estate investment, development, and management firm, to oversee the management needs of a family office portfolio of national real estate investments. Under the mentorship of Robert Ridino, CEO, he oversaw significant growth of assets under management, expansion of business service lines, and developed and led a tenured team. In 2017, Jesse was promoted to President/Chief Operating Officer where he oversaw continued growth of the firm and assets under management. He concluded his role at SAR Enterprises in 2021 with over 40 investment properties under management and a ± $425MM portfolio value. Along with the senior management team he developed in his tenure at SAR Enterprises, Jesse branched out and formally launched Westic Company in January 2022.
