Jesse Cardenas

Jesse Cardenas joined Lee and Associates San Mateo office in March of 2025 with over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. Mr. Cardenas specializes in industrial, office and R&D properties and has a working knowledge of the SF Bay Area commercial real estate market including the biotechnology industry having worked with Genentech, Inc. for over five years. Prior to joining Lee and Associates Mr. Cardenas worked at Newmark, Coldwell Banker Commercial West Bay Real Estate Group in Burlingame, where he the top producer at Coldwell Banker for multiple years and a CoStar Power Broker. To date, Mr. Cardenas has a number commercial properties totaling over 750,000 square feet and leased hundreds of thousands of square feet of commercial property ranging from biotech, office, R&D and industrial properties. Some of Mr. Cardenas’ highlights include the lease and eventual sale of over 85,000 square feet of a food processing facility, the relocation of a biotech company headquarters from Michigan to California and the sale of a 200,000-square-foot corporate headquarters for a Fortune 500 company in Florida with relocation to California.
