Jess Ossorio

Jess has extensive experience in retail, office and industrial brokerage. Jess is a member of the Memphis Area Association of Realtors and has been licensed since 1984. Jess began his commercial real estate career marketing One Memphis Place, a new downtown Memphis high-rise office building. Shortly thereafter, he joined The Galbreath Company, Inc. as an office and retail leasing agent. After being promoted to vice president, Jess assumed responsibility for sales/marketing, leasing and management of all commercial accounts. He later joined Trammell Crow Company as marketing representative for One Commerce Square, one of downtown Memphis’ premier office buildings. While at Trammell Crow, his leasing experience led him into the brokerage services group, which specialized in acquisitions/dispositions and tenant representation. After a brief detour as a marketing representative in the Professional Employer Organization industry, Jess joined Crump Commercial in 2004 to focus on retail, office and industrial brokerage. Jess is able to draw on his experience in marketing, lease negotiations, tenant/landlord relations, property management and construction management in order to provide his clients with the highest level of professionalism. Jess earned his CCIM designation with the CCIM Institute. He joined the Memphis Area Association of Realtors in 1984.
