Jess leverages his strong business acumen and local market knowledge with over 10 years of real estate experience to provide superior results to buyers and sellers of retail real estate. Prior to joining, Jess was a commercial specialist with Marcus & Millichap, a leading US real estate brokerage. Jess also led a successful career selling single family homes at Multiple Realty, and earned membership into the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver’s Medallion Club. Jess holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Simon Fraser University and speaks English, Mandarin, Taiwanese, and Cantonese.
