Jerry Wills

For nearly 40 years Jerry Wills has been a leader in the Montgomery business community. Jerry began his career after coming home from Vietnam where he served as a Marine. He started at Lowder Realty as sales agent in 1970 and quickly became a top producer. In 1975, Jerry became Lowder Realty's youngest president. For the next 25 years Jerry would learn from business legend Ed Lowder and help grow Lowder Realty into one of the Southeast's premiere real estate development and sales companies. At one time, Jerry managed over 350 agents from North Alabama to the Gulf Coast, and he had the privilege of guiding Lowder Realty to success. In 1996, Jerry realized a life long dream of being in business for himself with his long time friend Grant Sullivan. And now, over the last 16 years Sullivan and Wills has risen to be one of the top real estate companies in the tri-county area. Jerry graduated from Auburn University with a bachelor's degree in business. He has served as the President of the Montgomery Area Association of Realtors and is instrumental in the management of the Public Safety Insurance Fund.
