Jerry Shifrin

Jerry Shifrin joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2013 as part of a select team of associates charged with representing corporate users with their real estate portfolios. In his seven-year tenure, Jerry has completed over 300 transactions for both tenants and agency leasing assignments. He is a partner on a team that handles over five million square feet of real estate. Throughout his career, he has negotiated over 2.5 million square feet of leases.
