Jerry is a Managing Principle and President of Rv3 Solutions. He has over 33 years of CRE advisory, financial services, and site selection experience. He has received multiple industry awards for being a top deal maker in categories including investment sale, sale-leaseback, leasing, and development. He has a proven track record of delivering Corporate Asset Management services by leading successful teams through all aspects of the real estate cycle. The result is improvement in portfolio and asset strategies including operational enhancement, cost minimization, and financial engineering. This is forged by creating meaningful partnerships and teamwork with all stakeholders. Prior to founding Rv3 Jerry worked as the Executive Managing Director for a corporate advisory practice group he started at a boutique real estate services firm. Previously he worked as a Director for Prudential Corporate Real Estate Advisors where he was responsible for Corporate Asset Management and Portfolio Strategic Planning. Jerry also has prior experience as a Real Estate Transaction Manager and Commercial Real Estate Appraiser. He has extensive experience in the Life Science, Defense, and Manufacturing sectors. Jerry has provided CRE services on behalf of many Fortune 500 clients throughout the world.
