Jerry Messonnier

Jerry began his career as a commercial real estate lender and has over 25 years of experience in the financing, acquisition, leasing and management of commercial real estate. He is currently a Principal of Lee & Associates | Naples-Ft. Myers and co-founded the office in 2010. He was also co-founder of Grubb & Ellis | 1st Commercial Southwest Florida and a principal partner from 2007 until 2010. Prior to Grubb & Ellis, he was with the number one industrial team in SW Florida at CBRE and along with his partner, Bob Johnston, handled the largest dollar volume in transactions and revenue from 1999 through 2007. Prior to 1999, he owned his own real estate investment firm.
