Jerry Marroquin

Jerry is a native of San Antionio, Texas. He attended Southwest Texas University. Mr. Marroquin was a Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) through the International Council of Shopping Centers. Mr. Marroquin's background includes "hands-on" experience in construction and construction management. Mr. Marroquin then joined The Lehndorff Group of Companies as their Special Project Manager for the retail division. In 1996, Mr. Marroquin was hired by Madison Marquette Realty Services as Regional Mall Manager. He managed 750,000 square feet and was responsible for leasing and oversight of all marketing and operations. In 1997, he became the Senior Vice President of the Regional Mall Division of MRO Management Inc., out of Midland, Texas. He directed the oversight of the retail division for MRO's portfolio, consisting of over 2 million square feet. Mr. Marroquin was instrumental in completing over 250,000 square feet of lease transactions during this period. Mr. Marroquin joined Eagle Commercial Realty Services in the spring of 2002 as President of the Texas Division. He purchased Eagle Commercial Realty back in 2012 and is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Texas.
