Jerry Elbert
Jerry Elbert grew up in Iowa City, IA, he graduated from City Highschool. He went on to attend the University of Iowa and Kirkwood Community College. In 2006 his wife Jen and him moved to Dubuque. Jerry is a licensed Real estate agent in Iowa and also owns Tri State Safety Systems since 2009. Jerry enjoys staying busy in the community. He can usually be found coaching and assisting with the youth sport organizations. Jerry and his family also enjoy staying busy and volunteering through his church and Holy Family Schools. Jerry and his wife Jen live in Dubuque with their three children Annie, JP and Drew. The family enjoys staying busy with sports and dance. They are avid Iowa Hawkeye and Chicago Cubs fans.
