Jerry Atkins

Jerry has 30 years of experience directing real estate capital projects as a mortgage banker, consultant and investor. Over his career, he has led and assisted in the financing, acquisition, valuation, planning and development of office and industrial parks; medical, hospital and educational campuses; and a single and multiple user commercial headquarter and manufacturing/ distribution projects. His experience includes working with both commercial and multifamily developers in providing debt and equity solutions to bring capital to real estate investments. His clients have included a wide array of private and public organizations such as Castellini Companies, Cincinnati Public Schools, Cintas Corporation, City of Cincinnati, City of Newport, Federated Departments Stores, Kroger co., Luxottica, Proctor & Gamble, UC Health, University of Cincinnati, and Xavier University. Prior to joining Bellwether Enterprise, Jerry served as president of the Property Advisors Corporation, a Cincinnati-based commercial real estate firm he founded, grew, and later sold.
