Jeremy Stephenson is principal of all Milhaus related companies and the President of Milhaus Development and Milhaus Construction. Prior to joining Milhaus, Jeremy led the development of $850 million of hotel, office, retail, and residential developments throughout the country. He brings to Milhaus an extensive national track record of execution on complex urban mixed-use public-private partnerships, including the recently developed $425 million JW Marriott convention center hotel in downtown Indianapolis. At Milhaus, Jeremy oversees the development and construction departments and is involved in all corporate strategy, business development, and brand implementation.
