Jeremy joined the Mercer Company in 2010 as an associate broker specializing in the leasing and sales of industrial properties located in the Brookhollow, Pinnacle, Turnpike, Lone Star and Red Bird submarkets. He tracks every owner and user of space within those submarkets. This allows Jeremy to provide his clients with the most up-to-date market information in order to negotiate the best deal for their company. Jeremy was an active real estate investor in both commercial and residential properties. In addition he was an asset manager and managing partner for various commercial real estate investments primarily located within the submarkets that he works. It is this transactional and market knowledge that Jeremy brings when negotiating for a client.
