Jeremy Howard

A native of Upstate New York, Jeremy Howard has cultivated a strong foundation in the real estate industry. His journey began at the age of 14 when he immersed himself in his father's residential remodeling construction business, gaining valuable experience in the skilled trade and property management. After graduating from the University of Buffalo in 2005, Jeremy made a significant move to Palm Beach. There, he embarked on a career as a commercial insurance advisor, specializing in commercial properties and South Florida businesses. Driven by his passion for real estate, he acquired his real estate license in 2010, focusing on commercial and residential sales. His distinctive background in insurance and property management equips him with a skill set that sets him apart from his competitors. Jeremy and his dedicated team specialize in assisting buyers and sellers across a spectrum of real estate domains, including vacant land and development, retail and industrial investments, new home construction, and luxury residential properties such as intracoastal, oceanfront, and golf club properties. Throughout the past 12 years, Jeremy has remained actively engaged in the community, contributing his time and expertise to various non-profit organizations and associations. He has been involved with the American Red Cross, the Big Brothers & Big Sisters Foundation, the First Tee of the Palm Beaches, Toastmasters, the South East Florida Apartment Association, and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Beyond his professional commitments, Jeremy maintains an active lifestyle. He dedicates time to training for triathlons and CrossFit, as well as pursuing interests in golfing, boating, fishing, and free diving. Jeremy also finds fulfillment in mentoring his little brother, Blake, through the Big Brothers/Big Sisters Foundation.
