Jeremy Forsell

A Central Minnesota native, I was born and raised in the local area and am a proud graduate of St. John’s University. With over 23 years of experience in real estate, I have built a successful career with Premier Real Estate, where I specialize in representing clients in the purchase and sale of single-family homes and income-producing properties throughout Central Minnesota and the Twin Cities metro area. In addition to residential and investment real estate sales, I am actively involved in real estate investing and bring a strong analytical and strategic approach to every transaction. I pride myself on in-depth knowledge of local school districts, neighborhood trends, and essential real estate services, including mortgage options, insurance, and property inspections—ensuring my clients are well-informed and confident throughout the process. Beyond sales, I have served as Premier Real Estate’s Sales Manager for the past four years and play a key role in Premier Property Management, overseeing more than 600 tenants and managing two storage unit facilities.
