
Jeremy recently joined Colliers as Vice President (2026), where he continues to apply his deep expertise in retail leasing, strategic planning, and client relationship management. Prior to Colliers, he was with Coldwell Banker Commercial Schmidt Family of Companies. Before that, Jeremy served as Vice President of Advisory and Transactional Services at CBRE, advising clients on real estate strategies and leading complex advisory and transaction assignments across a diverse range of asset types. Earlier in his career, Jeremy held the role of Vice President of Leasing at Stark Enterprises. In this position, he oversaw leasing operations, including strategic planning, negotiations, and execution of transactions across the company’s portfolio. He developed and implemented comprehensive leasing strategies and successfully negotiated leases for power centers, community centers, specialty centers, and lifestyle centers. His hands-on leadership played a key role in the successful leasing of both new and existing developments and redevelopment projects. He also contributed to project layout, financial budgeting, and feasibility analysis to help drive optimal returns. Throughout his career, Jeremy has built strong relationships with national retail, restaurant and entertainment brands, helping to introduce well-known chains in their expansion within various portfolios. He also brings experience in negotiating ground lease and land sales.
