Jeremiah Houlihan

Jeremiah A. Houlihan has been active in all aspects of commercial real estate for thirty years with a concentration on mortgage placement and investment property sales. He represents the fourth generation of Houlihans in the Real Estate Business. Jerry has worked closely with all types of Lenders such as private equity funds, agencies, Wall Street conduits, commercial banks, and thrifts. Jeremiah has been the chairman of the Apartment Owners Advisory Council (“AOAC”) for the last 15 years. The AOAC is a Realty Council of the Building & Realty Institute of Westchester and The Mid-Hudson Region (“BRI”) representing owners of 25,000 rent regulated apartments in the Region. Jeremiah attended Manhattan College for 2 years and then graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Pace University and resides in Southbury, CT with his two children.
