Jered Wilkerson

Jered holds a BA from Texas A&M University in Finance, where he graduated in 2005. Originally from Texas, he and his family relocated to Charleston in 2014. With over thirteen years of experience in the commercial real estate and energy businesses, he has a creative approach in getting deals to the closing table. His background and expertise gives him the ability to serve clients in net leased investment sales, multifamily, 1031 exchange and land development sales. He is licensed in both South Carolina and Texas. Jered is a member of South Carolina Association of Realtors, Charleston Trident Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, Commercial Investment Division and serves on the Charleston Commercial Market Forecast Committee. He holds a Series 7 Investment License and is a Certified Personal Trainer. He and his wife Dr. Allison Wilkerson (PhD Clinical Psychology, MUSC) live in Mount Pleasant with their children Piper, Eliza and Everett. They are active members in Seacoast Church.
