In 2010 Jerad Rector started Worldwide Commercial, PLLC, a boutique commercial real estate brokerage and investment services firm headquartered in Frisco, TX, the fastest growing city in the nation. After realizing a need not being met by the commercial real estate industry, Jerad wanted to focus on building a firm with a high level personal touch and unique approach to the client’s needs and their specific projects.
