Jenny Schuemann

Jenny joined PEBB in 2019 and oversees leasing for PEBB’s Florida portfolio, leveraging her substantial commercial real estate experience and strong relationships to enhance the tenant mix at the company’s shopping centers and mixed-use properties. A 15-year commercial real estate veteran, Jenny previously served as Director of Leasing at Select Strategies Realty. Her responsibilities included overseeing leasing and marketing for Select’s South Florida properties, negotiating lease renewals and budgeting. Jenny began her career at Woolbright Development as a Leasing Assistant, learning the business from the ground up while proactively generating new leases across Woolbright’s portfolio. Jenny is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and actively involved with Innovating Commerce Serving Communities (ICSC).
