Jenny oversees the day-to-day operations of the New Earth Residential’s property management services across 13+ states. Jenny plays a prominent role in building, training, and coaching; activities which include ensuring a high-performing team of associates as well as creating and maintaining best-in-class systems and processes to drive asset performance. Prior to New Earth Residential, Jenny has held a variety of leadership positions ranging from managing a portfolio of 50+ apartment communities for a national apartment manager to starting a new management company for a regional owner-managed group.
