Jenny Johnston

Jenny Johnston brings a breadth and depth of business experience to commercial real estate, with a background spanning finance, marketing, business development, and entrepreneurship. Having lived on both coasts in New York City and San Francisco, she has called Louisville home for more than 20 years, developing deep market insight and strong community ties. Prior to joining Colliers, Johnston was a key member of PRG Commercial Property Advisors, where she earned a reputation for thoughtful analysis and strategic advisory work. She was named a Business First Enterprising Women Honoree in 2023, KCREA Multifamily Broker of the Year in 2021, and one of Business First’s Twenty People to Know in Real Estate in 2020. Her approach to real estate investment is grounded in market savvy, financial literacy, and disciplined business acumen. Johnston holds an undergraduate degree from Pomona College in Claremont, California, and an MBA from the University of California, Davis. She is deeply committed to community involvement, serving as a Board Member of WCRE, METCO, Wilderness Louisville, a Trustee of the Cherokee Triangle Association, and a Committee Member of the JCTC Campus Transformation Committee. She has since joined Colliers Louisville, where she continues to apply her investment expertise and collaborative approach as part of a global commercial real estate platform. Outside of work, Johnston enjoys trail running and exploring the outdoors with her husband and two children.
