Jennifer Vitera

Jennifer Ruth Vitera specializes in farm and ranch land, commercial development, brokerage, and leasing. As a fourth-generation farmer and rancher, Jennifer understands the inner workings of Texas land. From mineral and water rights to taxation, there are a multitude of issues to work through. As your broker, she would be with you every step of the way, drawing from her own personal experience. In her spare time, Jennifer co-owns and operates a farm in Central Texas. Her experience in land management gives her a great perspective on land use and how it can best complement the needs of a client. Jennifer is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and Texas Woman’s University, where she completed a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications and M.B.A. in business operations. She also completed a certification in Permaculture Design and Holistic Land Management. She is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), Commercial Real Estate Women San Antonio (CREW), Les Dames d’ Escoffier, and is an active member of different agriculture and wildlife conservation organizations. She applies her Christian Faith to every aspect of her life and believes her purpose in life is to be kind and help others.
