Jennifer Seo

She is responsible for handling lease agreements, addressing tenant concerns, overseeing maintenance, and property upkeep. Prior to joining ULC, Jennifer worked with the City and County of Denver’s affordable housing program, which focused on making homeownership possible for everyone in the Denver metro area. Also, she served as a founding board member of the Asian American Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) — a national nonprofit trade association committed to enhancing the lives of the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) population via homeownership. Jennifer enjoys traveling all over the world, reading Korean literature, painting, and being the best aunt to her nephew and niece.
